Day 2 Xishuangbanna (B/L/D)
In this morming, we will go to Ganlanba for a visit. In Ganlanba, you can visit the typical Bamboo cabins of Dai people, tropical plants and fruits. If you want to taste some exotic fruits, here will a nice place to taste the different flavors fruits. Then go ahead and step crosses a suspension bridge to visit Menglun Tropical Botanical Garden.
Ganlanba is located in the lower reaches of Lancang River, 40kms from Jung Hong city and it is the fourth biggest dam of the 23 dams in Xishuangbanna. There is a saying that one’s visit to Xishuangbanna is not complete without visiting Olive Plain. Though it has a little exaggeration to say that, there are some reasons for it. It’s full with tropical plants and fruits.
Menglun Tropical Botany Garden Located on Hulu Island of Menglun Township, The Tropical Botany Garden of Menglun is 96 kilometers from Jinghong City. It was founded in 1958 and is currently playing an important role in research in the areas of medicinal plants, taxonomy, economic plants and biochemistry.
Day 3: Xishuangbannan Departure (B/-/-)

After breakfast, drive you to explore the local market for experiencing the daily life of Dai people and other ethnic group people. Then transfer you to visit Jingzhen Octagonal Pagodawhich has over 300 years. The last destination of your Xishuangbanna tour is Nannuo Hill, which is one of the major tea farms of Pu’er tea. After finishing the tour, will transfer to Jinghong Airport for chathcing your flight to your next destination.
Jingzhen Octagonal Pagoda Located on the Jingzhen Mountain 14 kilometers away from Menghai Town, and octagonal in shape, the pagoda is nsmed “the Jingzhen Octagonal Pagoda”. It is a place where the senior Buddhist monks giving sutra, repenting, holding meetings and memorizing Buddha. With the history of almost 300 years, the pavilion acted as the hall of precept when it was built in 1704AD, while now being a national relic protection unit.
