Steps for booking a private China tour with China Travel Planner

Send your request email to us if you need advice to make up your mind, or you already have a plan in mind, and let us tailor make a tour exactly what you want.

•Step 2

You’re your requirement or inquiry will be deal within 24 hours from one of our travel consultants. You can further discuss your tour plan after our travel consultants give you a tentative tour plan with a quotation which based on your requirement.

•Step 3

After you confirm the tour itinerary and price (together with include and exclude) we provide to you, please pay a deposit of 40% of the tour price to us. The balance is to be paid in full in advance 20 days of your arrival date. If we receive your booking less than 20 days prior to the tour start date, we will ask for payment to be made in full once you confirm the tour.

The payment methods we accept include:

• Wire Transfer (bank transfer)
• PayPal

At the time you pay the deposit, please provide us the full name (the same on the passport), passport number, gender, Birthday and nationality of each passenger.

Upon the receipt of your deposit, the China Travel Planner will process the final booking immediately and make the booking secured by sending you the confirmation as soon as possible.
